Larry Rinder, served as the Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Curator of Contemporary Art in 2002 at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. He came to the University of Louisville's Allen R Hite Art Institute to lecture in 2002. During that time the performance group eCHO vACUMM- Carrie Burr, Sharon Scott and Jason Willer stalked him on his art tour of the city. During these "stalkings" we set up performances that were not able to be bypassed.
In 2003 Sharon Scott and I "stalked" him all the way to New York. The Whitney was egged and we met him at the KGB Bar with a suitcase of unusual kitsch as an offering. The night went on the conversation deepened.
These are Chrome slides of our travels that some were shot blurred on purpose.
